Michele Perras
Cofounder, CEO

Michele Perras has worked in the overlap of innovation, technology, and business for over 20 years. She is a serial entrepreneur, advisor, and award-winning product leader based between Seattle and San Francisco.

Through her advisory and consulting services, Michele collaborates with organizations to innovate and direct growth efforts during turnarounds and scale. As an operator she has led strategy and teams in go-to-market, operations, and product with companies such as HelloAlice, Pivotal Software, NEO Innovation, Klick Health, and Declara, Her experience covers fundraising, IPOs, and acquisitions.

Michele is an independent board director with ProcedureFlow and the Canadian Women’s Network, and a strategic advisor with OkHi. She is a coach and mentor with Alchemist Accelerator and Graham & Walker. In addition to her mission-led startup advisory, she has mentored with organizations including Girls in Tech and Code for Canada.

Tom Purves
Cofounder & CPO

Tom Purves is a product, design and engineer leader specializing in payments, fintech and digital banking.

Tom Purves bring two decades of hands-on product experience both high-growth startups and global enterprise-scale environments. Author of over 80 (and counting) granted international patents on digital wallets, digital identity, tokenization, realtime payments, ecommerce and more. As a leader he have led teams in the hundreds and owned product P/Ls in the hundreds of millions and into the literal trillions of annual transaction volume.

Tom Purves currently a founding partner of LaHave.io a boutique consultancy and startup studio in the pacific northwest. Previously he have served for 12+ years as VP of Global Digital Products at Visa Inc., as Chief Product Officer of Series B Fintech Mainstreet, have co-founded/advised or angel invested in a large number of fintech startups with multiple successful exits.
